Genuine block ice is difficult to find. Most ice suppliers sell what’s known as compressed block ice, which is not ideal for making snow cones or shaved ice.
Our block ice is made using a commercial block ice maker. Block ice shaving machines produce the best, softest, and most consistent shaved ice. Give it a try, you’ll be impressed. Cube ice shavers have their place, but we believe your customers will appreciate the snow-like texture of block ice shavers.
